Here's my dress.
And these shoes would go SO perfect with them! The petals, the flowers, oh my! They have these in pink too - which is how I found these... I'm in love!

I am following this tradition as well. A few of my considerations--What do you think?? The first picture is for Sex and the City Carrie's wedding shoes and the second one is the Christian Louboutin bow d'orsay look a like. All are from here and here.

I have to first say I loved my blue shoes, but those first ones are to die for! And of course, I also heart the ones v-gal posted.
OK, this might be the intellectual property attorney's wife in me, but knock-offs make me so mad. That is somebody's idea, they took the time and money to come up with that product and to have it knocked off is wrong AND illegal. Argghhh. I'm sorry, it's nothing against the people who buy them {though I don't think you should}, but it just drives me nuts. If they would leave the fake red sole off or do it under another brand name, it wouldn't bother me as much.
Your dress is BEAUTIFUL! It reminds me of Melissa Sweet (reverie) designs with the petals on the bottom.

The shoes are fun, but a little over the top for my tastes. I'd take a toned down version of those any day of the week!
Hi KateMW, I didn't get a notice when there is a new posting to this thread, so I didn't read this earlier. I just want to let you know that the two shoes are I posted were not passed on as Christian Louboutin. The store that carries it has its own brand.
Mdarrah: if there is a day that we can get away with wearing anything, it would be our wedding day right? :) These shoes may not be the most comfortable, but they definitely up the wow factor on an important day of our life. It definitely is not practical for everyday wear and only Carrie could get away wearing the dressy Silver Seradabys with casual cargo capris, skipping down the streets of Manhattan!

And the best part it is SUPER affordable! I kept finding that all the dresses I loved had floral embellishments on them, but were all couture or $1,000 plus. Then I found this one and fell in love with the price tag too!
amazing! I just came across this post, and i know it's an older post-- but i have to say i've been dying for a pair of blue christian louboutins! gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! i'm probably going to opt for some dyeable blue shoes-- maybe something from myglassslipper.com!

These are the perfect blue shoes and I want them so bad! They are, I believe, Christian Louboutin knock offs (I can't believe they are real for this price), but they are SO perfect!
