I saw it and loved it. I read the book and really didn’t enjoy it. The story is told from the perspective of someone dealing with a mental breakdown, so reading it made me feel crazy. There isn’t as much of that feeling in the movie, but there are some uncomfortable scenes. The acting is awesome, though, and it’s well written and shot. Good indie film.

I saw it in theaters and LOVED it. It can definitely be a heavy film at times, but boy is it good. I loved the acting and the story. I even watched it again just a couple months later when I saw it available on a long international flight. It was just as good on a second viewing.

I found it kind of pretentious but not awful. My understanding is the book is a lot better, though I haven’t read it.
