Weddingbee boards

Fresh from our amazing rehearsal dinner, I woke up the next day feeling peaceful. I was excited, happy and anxious to get going. My Mr was dead set on doing things the traditional way, so we eschewed a first look which ended up being a great idea because I had plenty of time to get ready and bond with all my girls. Most of my family and friends were from out of town, so we were all statying at the same hotel and they peeked in from time to time to see how things were going. One of the best things about getting ready was that I had my hairdresser of 8 years come up from NYC to do my hair, and the makeup artisit, I have also known for about 3 years and she has done my makeup a few times before. This meant that we were all so comfortable with each other, it was a total blast.

With my hair and makeup all purty, I got down to the emotional business of addressing DH's card. My sister sat with me making me laugh and cry intermittently

and then I went over to vet MOH's speech and make sure it was safe for parents ears:)

and snuck in a quick phot with my Mum and sister

Finally, it was time for the dress

Before I could get dressed though, I took a minute to read DH's card and open his present.

cue the waterworks

and excitement over my new camera (just in time for the honeymoon!)

Resizing is taking ages :(
