@plantains:Good night, "see" you tomorrow :)

Okay so since this is a new thread let's post where we're at in the TWW when we post for the first time so we can keep up with everyone.

4 DPO here. Anddd here are my symptoms ;): My breasts are tender, I'm more tired today than normal and creamy CM (? Could be something, right??)

Anyone want to join me in my symptom spotting?

And here are my latest responses...I must've been typing at the same time that you were closing the thread, running elley!

@Running Elley:  Thanks!  I woke up late this morning, so it made it easier to skip the HPT.  However, now I'm just home sitting on the couch catching up on my dvr-ed shows, which makes it VERY hard to stay away from testing!

@mwitter80:  what's wrong with soft serve ice cream??

@bunnylovesbear:When are you planning on testing again? I always just count down how many days I have left and try to keep myself busy those nights….try a new recipe, take a walk with DH, etc. lol anything I can do to trick time to go by faster!

I'm at 11DPO.  My belly has been crampy and bloaty all cycle...It's been feeling weird and hard lately, too.  My boobs have been sore for the past few days, and I've been really exhausted, too.

@Running Elley:  Right now I'm just focusing on NOT testing tongiht...haha.  I think I'm going to wait until Thursday morning to test again.  That will bring me to 13DPO.

Hi ladies, I'll jump in here!  This is my first cycle NTNT.  I'm on CD38, right now.  Two BFN on CD28 and CD32.  The second one was at the Dr.'s office as it coincided with my annual exam.  She told me to wait another week and test again, so tomorrow is another home test at CD39.  I'm pretty anxious about it.  I feel like I've been having some strange symptoms, the most prominent being hot flashes.  Does anyone else get those?  Also tired and thirsty.

@bunnylovesbear:I think that's a good idea! If you can get through tomorrow morning you can do it!

@JenniB:Oh that sounds promising :) Do you have any idea when you O'd? When I got pregnant the first time hot flashes were my biggest symptom!

Whoops, didn't see the new thread...

@chastenet: Thanks for the kind words! :)

I had a temp drop today, so not looking good. BLAH.

@Future Mrs. Martin: I hope that it's happened late in your cycle. Having PCOS I know EXACTLY how crappy it is to never know if you ovulated, or WHEN to expect AF. I always just guestimate but it's NEVER certain. Sigh.

@mwitter80: Whoa, weren't you 4DPO? BFP? Omg? I am confused but really excited at the same time!

    and then...

@mwitter80: Ok, I'm caught up now - so they told you it was potential ovulation, when really it was BABY? Holy crap! What a weird experience - but you got your BFP in the end, so that's all that matters. Yay!!

I'm 9DPO. Had a temp dip this morning so not feeling confident. Having some AF-esque cramps, major headaches and irritability. Also random back pains here and there.

@jaguar:How many DPO are you? A temp drop may, in fact, be verrry good?

ETA: I see 9DPO now...that could still be an implantation dip!

Here's my chart - hopefully the link works. Being CD43 it's getting super long to cut and paste. http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/res/img/bbtcharts/mychart-59638-21633.png

Still about a week before I join you all.... I really think the first 2 weeks go more slowly than the second two!

    ETA:  Maybe it's because I don't ovulate until day 18ish!! Duh. : )

@jaguar:It's looking like it all depends on what tomorrow's temp does...doesn't it feel like that's always the case??

@Mrs Green Grass:I agree. The first 2WW is so much less fun than the second, you can't even hope in the morning. Booo. You can always still hang out... :)

ETA: I O'd on CD 22 this month so I totally know what you mean! The late O kills me!

Hi everyone!   DH and I are brand new at all this.... we're on cycle 1 of TTC #1.  :)

I was not charting or temping this cycle (I JUST learned about all these neat "tricks").  Based on symptoms only, I think I'm anywhere between 11-15 DPO.  My cycles are fairly regular and AF is scheduled to arrive on Thursday (I REALLY hope she doesn't show up)!!

@Mrs Green Grass: I really hope so! Please be high, please be high, please be high.

We timed everything RIGHT if I did actually O on those days, so the rest is just a bit of luck. It would be SO AWESOME to be able to ring up the RE and be all... 'yep, so I'm not coming in!' - but we'll wait and see. :)

@Running Elley: I've never had a hot flash before! Very weird.  Did you experience the hot flashes so early?  I would only be 2-3 weeks at this point. I don't know when I O'd... no charting or temping or anything.  Are you trying for your second baby now?

Question for everyone, when you say your breasts are sore or tender... is that all the time?  I had one morning where my nipples were so sore it was almost painful, but then it went away and I haven't really felt anything else since.

@JenniB:I started getting hot flashes like the week before my missed period, so pretty early. My DH actually noticed them, we were laying on the couch watching a show and all of a sudden he pulled away really fast because apparently I had just gotten really hot! Isn't it a weird feeling??? I'd never experienced it before that! Nope, still trying for baby #1, I ended up having a miscarriage at 7 weeks but we're definitely back on the wagon :)

@JenniB:  I had the same thing happen last week when my nipples felt really sore and sensitive.  It lasted a couple days and then went away completely.  Not sure what to make of it, but I've never noticed it before.

I've been having AF-like feelings today and yesterday (crampy, bloated) and I'm just dreading her showing her face... sigh.  Undecided

CD 20, but no O yet as far as I can tell...But that's okay since it gives us another chance to BD tomorrow when DH gets home if tomorrow is O day :)  I guess my temps will tell if I O'd today or not.  Although they may be thrown off by this nasty stomach flu that I seem to have picked up...Just hit me about 1hr ago and it's not fun!

@Running Elley:  I'm right behind you at 3dpo today.

FF tells me I ovulated but I haven't had much of a temp increase.  I'm getting my progesterone levels checked tomorrow as the last part to my fertility workup this month.  Let's have some more graduates this month!

    Hello everyone!

I took today off from testing, didn't want another BFN. So now I'm 18ish DPO, I woke up with a sore throat so I'm hoping I can stay away from a cold. I posted my chart on the chart thread and one of the girls there said it looked like I might have had my implantation dip around 11-12 DPO rather than O'ing late because my temps before 11 DPO were high. If I have a 28 day cycle I should be due for SWSNBN Thursday so I think tomorrow would be an acceptable time to test. (Who am I kidding, I've been testing like crazy) If my temps are high tomorrow I'll test. The Pre-BFP Club: TWW thread for those still waiting! : wedding Picture 3

@lotam240:We seriously have twin cycles! Crazy! I didn't get a huge shift this month either. I'm on the prometrium again but I'm only supposed to take it until 12DPO and then test on 16DPO if AF doesn't show. Hopefully it won't be a horrible repeat of last month!

@Cole B:Hmmmm…I also think that could've been an implantation dip on 12 DPO. I'd definitely test tomorrow if that temp goes back up!

@Cole B:  are you taking OPKs?  Maybe if this cycle doesn't work out, you could try to add that?  It would just help narrow down the window a bit.

My post-O temps have been like clockwork.  It's so very strange.  Take a look at my chart.  It almost looks fake!

@Running Elley:  Yeah I hear that!!  I wasn't convinced I even ovualted because I was drinking and didn't sleep well the night before my temp rise.  Looking back on last months chart, my temps were flat after O day until I started taking the prometrium.  Hopefully, I get some direction from the doc tomorrow!

Ah, charts, sometimes I think they are SO ridiculous. When I see the RE I'm going to ask him realistically if he thinks I should even BOTHER with them.

@lotam240:Even taking the prometrium this month my temps haven't shifted up as much as last month. But we're still in week 1 of the TWW so there's still time! Let me know what your dr says, I’m really interested since it sounds like we're in a similar position.

Ok, this may sound like a lame question, but please bear with this newbie.  How exactly does one check her CM??  Do you girls just use a clean finger?  Put on gloves?  How do you know you're getting CM and not like vaginal fluid?
