    http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/the-pre-bfp-club-for-those-still-waiting

Ladies--we were at 17 pages! Plus, some wanted to discuss symptoms, etc. pre-TWW, so I thought we should continue our Pre-BFP Club into another thread that is for those of us still waiting on our BFP's. So, whether you are in your two week wait, just started a new cycle, or maybe still confirming your BFP's, come, discuss, bond!

    Smile

@Mrs. Bonnie Blue: Thanks for the new board. I posted on our 10/10 board, but I will update here as well.

AF came last night, so I am out, Next month I am going to try to relax a llittle bit, this month was emotionally too much I think.

I am so glad so many of us got BFP, hopefully the rest of us can join the summer board next month!

We can introduce ourselves and where we are in our cycles! I'll go first--I know we have some familiar people and some newbies that want to join!

Number of cycles TTC: We are on #2

Where are you in the current cycle: Currently I'm CD 2!

What are you trying differently this month: Trying to exercise more, using the ClearBlue Easy Fertility Monitor (CBEFM)

How you are feeling about the process: There are good days and bad days. We are only on cycle 2, but it's hard when you see that BFN or not pregnant. Then, remembering that the more I stress, the harder it will be. So, I try to relax and be chill. :)

What you do to stay positive: I'm trying to use working out to help me feel good. However, the past two mornings I've set the alarm early to get up have been an epic fail. Oh well, I'll try tomorrow. :) Then, I go out on random shopping trips, etc. Things you definitely can't do when there is a baby in tow.

If you could have a moustache, what would it be: (This one is to keep us smiling and laughing!) I would have a Fu Man Chu-stache. It would be rockin'. Right now, Hubby is sporting one, though I have no earthly idea why. I think it's to make me smile when I look at him.

Okay, in the ten years it took me to write that post, you guys got this thread going! Good for you!

@mrskesslertobe: I know what you mean. I'm sorry you are out this month, too! However, I know that next month it is ON for US!!!!

Hi All...first time post...trying to get pregnant and dont' want my husband to think i'm crazy by talking about all the time and pretty sure everyone else in my life is tired of hearing about it....but it is just insane how obsessive we can become once you start to try... so anyway....Hi again... I'm Shelly....

Number of cycles TTC: 5th (started trying in June)

Where are you in the current cycle:  hmmm...I think day 15

What are you trying differently this month: I used an ovulation kit this month starting after day 10

How you are feeling about the process:   um...completely obsessed (see above...lol)

So...i think I would currently fall in the TWW category...did the deed everyday for a week during what should have been my day before, actual, and day after for ovulation and a couple extra just for good luck :).

    Number of cycles TTC: 18

Where are you in the current cycle: CD 53. My cycles are never this long. They are typically 28-34 days. I have POAS three times, and all negative so far. I just went and got a blood test taken today!

What are you trying differently this month: we actually took the month off due to TTC stress haha.

How you are feeling about the process: exhausted, We have been TTC for 18 months. We have been to a RE who said that DH's has a low sperm count. DH refuses to do further testing because he wants it to happen naturally and doesnt feel "manly" which is frustrating me. I am so nervous about my blood test results. I have never been this late before (at most ive been late 3-4 days). However, the HPT have been negative. I finally got blood drawn today, and am so anxious about the results. I will be devastated if its negative. blahhh

question - how soon do you guys start testing? I know you're "supposed" to wait for two weeks but I just don't think I can handle it!!  I wanted to test the very next day...please tell me someone else out there is just as crazy and does it like everyday...lol

@shelly.mg0924: Oh honey. You're not alone. :) We're in a club we like to call POASA. Pee on a stick anonymous. :-) I started at 10DPO, which was too early to get a result. Usually 11-13DPO will give you a faint result, so you do have to wait SOME of that time, unfortunately!

Number of cycles TTC: Cycle 3 post-MC.

Where are you in the current cycle: Cycle day 34, 13DPO, waiting for blood test confirmation!!

What are you trying differently this month:During this current cycle I did a few new things. I took mucinex and B6 twice a day up to O. After O I continued taking the B6 and starting using progesterone cream. I also cut most gluten and dairy from my diet.

How you are feeling about the process:Stressed. I've decided that if I'm not pregnant after all this cycle (even though I’m 97% sure that I am) I'm going to be A LOT more laid back next cycle.

What you do to stay positive:When AF shows every month I make a new goal for me to personally accomplish that couldn't be done with babies. Last month it was for my husband and I to take a spontaneous weekend trip (it was a blast!!!) and this month it was to train for a race.

If you could have a moustache, what would it be:LOL definitely a goatee. My hubs has a full beard going on right now (he wants to be a lumberjack for halloween) and it's getting scratchy!

Update: This morning when I left the house I packed a wondfo HPT just for fun. Since I've bitten off all of my nails in anticipation and still no official word I decided to POAS. They're having a potluck in our breakroom so I didn't want to go grab a cup from in there before I dashed to the bathroom. Someone mentioned the other day that some people use the test wrapper as a "cup" so I tried it. It wasn't as hard as I thought and there's a line :) Still faint but darker than this morning so I'm feeling a teensy bit better.

Hi girls!  I was on the last board a little too but I'll do the 'stats' again just for good measure :)

Number of cycles TTC: We are on #2

Where are you in the current cycle: Currently I'm CD 13, hoping to ovulate this weekend - it's our 2 year anniversary so we have a weekend trip planned - woo woot!

What are you trying differently this month:  i'm using wondfo OPKs.  so far the jury is still out on whether i like them or not.  now that i'm getting closer to O i'm taking 2-3 a day.  oh and i use FF and preseed, but that i used last month too!

How you are feeling about the process: trying to stay positive and remember that this is only month 2 but that is HARD!!  and just trying to stay stress free as much as possible!

What you do to stay positive: working out, online browsing for clothes (non maternity), and stalking pinterest :)

If you could have a moustache, what would it be: handlebars, fo sho.

    Good Luck ladies!!

Number of cycles TTC: Number 3

Where are you in the current cycle: CD 8.... a long way off...

What are you trying differently this month: Not too much. Just gonna let nature take its route and see what happens. My doctor said to not activley try this month... So we will see. My plan is to not excessivley BD but if it happens it happens. (I hate condoms.)

How you are feeling about the process: I am ok. A little out of it. The last couple weeks took alot out of me and I am thinking I am just going to get my head back into the game and not think about what happened. (I had a MC)

What you do to stay positive: I try not to think about what happened and Focus on the future. and as for the TTC positive part... I love nookie.... :D hahaha It helps. Keeps it fun. and at the end of the day if it didn't work out at least I got to go out and buy some cute new lingerie and got some nookie out of the deal.

If you could have a moustache, what would it be: Now this is a moustache.

Ok this is completely unrelated, but you're my people and I have to share this: DH is a student, as most of you know, and he just texted me: "I got 100% on my chem test!" OMG! You guys. He's in a REALLY tough semester (Chem, bio, calculus, and all the labs) and he just got 100% on a test! I couldn't be more proud of him!! :D

@KansasPrincess11:It's darker than the shadow this morning, still really faint! And still not as dark as yesterday afternoon. She probably won't have me come in but she'll probably have me do another test tomorrow. Depending on how my progesterone is she may call me in a prescription for something on top of my prometrium.

ETA: GREAT job Kansas DH!!!! Chemistry is hardddd.

@KansasPrincess11:Ummmm not a lot lol. There's one report that I've been procrastinating on doing for a few days that I'm working on today just because it's a lot of numbers and I have to focus on it so it takes my mind off of the test thing for a few minutes at a time. Once I feel like I can't hold it in any longer I pop back over here haha. Right now I'm taking a "break" from that report and just hanging out here for a few minutes lol.

Number of cycles TTC: #3 actively trying, a few month before NTNT

Where are you in the current cycle: CD 2 with the most viscious AF ever.

What are you trying differently this month: I might try some preseed and keep up with my OPKs a little longer this cycle.I am also going to try green tea to help increase EWCM-if you have any other tips pass them along.

How you are feeling about the process: Pretty down about it today. I just hope this is our month. I want to try to relax a little more this month. THe let down was really tough this week.

What you do to stay positive: I am going to try to get back to being more active. We are doing some home renovations and I want to try to focus more on other things this month.

@mrskesslertobe:I’m sorry that you're having a rough day :( On those days I usually just let myself have a pity party day and then plan something that next weekend or something that'll be a pick-me-up. Hugs!

Number of cycles TTC: This is our 12th cycle

Where are you in the current cycle: CD 6

What are you trying differently this month: Probably the same stuff I did when I got my BFP--OPKing early (I would have missed it that month), Preseed (we only used it one night), and doing it every day for a week.

How you are feeling about the process: Really bitter and frustrated and sad the past few days. In part because I finally got my first post-MC period, and very soon after found out the Fertile Myrtle who lives down the street is pregnant with her 5th in 6 years, and she's due the same day we would have been due. I know it's unfair of me to be upset at her, because her fertility has nothing to do with our inability to get/stay pregnant, but I definitely sat in the kitchen and cried the night we found out, then got really drunk.

What you do to stay positive: Honestly, leaning on DH. He's thrilled that we now know it's at least physically possible for us to get pregnant. He keep telling me that our time is coming, and reminding me of how utterly loved and wanted our baby will be. He's staying optimistic when it's really hard for me to be anything but down about it all.

Where are you in the current cycle: CD 23, 2DPO

What are you trying differently this month: Nothing except that we had a lot of sex!  Unfortunately, we still didn't time things perfectly because DH had a business trip.

How you are feeling about the process: Too complicated to write.  But basically hopeful mixed with wanting to give up if that even makes sense.

What you do to stay positive: I try to stay off of the two week wait threads because there are BFPs every month (obviously), but I keep coming back!  Agh. Congrats to the 10/10ers though!  Blogging has helped me deal too.  And DH and I joke about it a lot.

I know we had quite a few graduates. Can someone list them all off so I don't forget to congratulate someone?

@mrskesslertobe: I am sorry SWSNBN reared her ugly head!!!! Welcome to the club - hopefully this cycle will be ours!!!!

@shelly.mg0924: Preseed is a sperm-friendly lubricant that's balanced to match fertile fluids. I can't say whether or not it helped us conceive, but having some much sex so often can really wear ya down, if you know what I mean, and even though we'd never needed lubricants before, this one came in handy.

Where are you in the current cycle: CD6

What are you trying differently this month: I'm calling it "Project Make a BABY!!!!" DH thinks I'm crazy LOL! The plan is to BD every other day from CD8 to CD24 or until definite ovulation is over! But I am telling DH we are going to CD24 just so he is prepared Wink

How you are feeling about the process: I'm ok! A little down because I am not even sure if I am ovulating yet, last cycle was my first medicated cycle with metformin. But I did get SWSNBN which is a really good sign!!!! (My first cycle was 84 days with no AF!) Damn PCOS!

What you do to stay positive: Staying busy! Which is not hard when your in the final year of your PhD!
