OHHHHH, I'm SOOOO sorry! i can see how that would be pretty devastating, is there any chance at all they could make it, should your aunt start to feel better, even for the ceremony? gosh, that's horrible, (((HUGS)))....

Thanks so much ladies, I really appreciate your kind words. Unfortunately the wedding is in AZ and they are in OH, so even if she did make a miraculous recovery in the next 48 hours, it's quite a bit of traveling for someone who has been so weak and so sick for so long... I do love me some (good) surprises though! This whole wedding planning process goes through cycles- everything falls apart and then comes back together again. Right now it feels as though it has fallen apart and hopefully on saturday it will all come back together.

Well, I'm feeling bummed out tonight. We're getting married on saturday and I just found out that my aunt, uncle and cousin will not make it. My aunt has had some sort of mysterious illness for some time now and today she was admitted to the hospital. She has a history of cancer and we're all scared. My uncle was to walk me down the aisle (my dad passed away several years ago) and my cousin who is like a sister to me, is my moh. Our wedding is very small, only 35 people and most of our guests are my fh's friends and his large dysfunctional family. My family is small but we are extremely close and I am pretty devastated that they will not be there and I am so worried about my aunt. Can I have some hive hugs?
