The moment I have been waiting for has finally drawn upon me. Tomorrow is my first day as a university student!
Im nervous.. I forgot what the back to school anxiety felt like. But I’m also excited! Really really excited. I was freakin for a bit.. I didn’t know how I was going to pull it all together but I’ve found the strength to just go with it and not stress before I ever have anything to stress about. I’m determined to make this the awesome and positive experience that it can and should be! I’m also convinced that, after how fast the summer went, school will be over in no time flat and I can finally work full time and have a job that provides more than just barely minimum wage so we can start really saving and getting our life started! We have been doing fairly well even on one income, we’ve managed to scrimp and save fairly well and I’m so pumped to have at least twice that much coming in! In 8 months!!! That’s barely any time at all
It’s finally time!! One more sleep and I am onward and upward!!
*does a happy dance*
Anyone else back to school tomorrow?! Or super soon? Ack I’m just so excited (and nervous) I cannot even contain myself!

@BrookeBQ: I’m so pumped.. But I’m only doing one year. So maybe that’s why I feel so enthusiastic. I think if I had fears years ahead of me I’d probably just cry!
@beemo: like BrookeBQ said, I live in Canada landa most schools begins the day after labour day, which is the first Mondaonion September 🙂

I started back today too. It’s my final year, and to be honest, I already despise it. Sounds bad, but I dislike most of the people remaining in my program, and the hours are brutal when you also work 3 jobs. December can’t come fast enough!

Man, I wish I was half as excited as you. I started 3 weeks ago, and I’m in my last year. I’m not enthusiastic about sitting in the same chair for 6 hours a day, twice a week (plus one other 3-hour class, plus 6+ hours student teaching a week).
And then, when my classes are over in October, I’m student teaching full-time… hooray for 40-60 hour weeks and not getting a penny for it.

@lalalyanne: I started last week and was super excited…at first. Now that I’ve been doing homework every night, I’m not as excited, haha!

@HisMoon: I’ll probably be wondering where all my enthusiasm is in a week or so as well!
