Can you not use the contact form on the page? I looked through and it’s really not a helpful website…but I’m sure if you filled out the contact form and communicated a little more via email that you could get pricing figured out.

I got prices from them when we were looking for venues.  The prices for the basic facility rental ranged from 5,500-7,500, which doesn’t include food or anything.  Hope that helps….if you contact them, they’ll send you a few PDFs of all their pricing.

I priced about a zillion places in the greater Raleigh area — if you have a budget you’re looking to stay under, feel free to PM me and I can tell you which places that I looked into would fit that budget.

@kmb727:  Did you price the Carolina Inn by any chance? Or Top of the Hill in Chapel Hill? I am a ways from planning but we’ve been talking about marriage so much lately and those would be two of our top venues, so I’m curious!

@juliana192:  I did not, as we wanted to stay within a 30 minute drive of downtown Raleigh since that’s where our church (for the ceremony) is, and Chapel Hill would have been closer to 45 mins.  I priced about 30 places in Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest, Garner, Fuquay, Cary and Apex.  So if there’s anywhere in those places that may be on your list, let me know and I can probably help 🙂

@Inseptember82:  I was there with a client this weekend and there have been some changes to the pricing. I’m pretty sure that a Friday evening wedding is $6K, but that comes with a lot of great features and services. 10 hours on the property, full access to the entire grounds, tables and chairs for 150 (ceremony chairs and reception), a lot of planning help from Ashlee who owns the place, and more.

Here’s the thing – receptions used to be held mainly on a large brick patio off to the side of the house. It was covered with a large white tent. This week, construction starts on a big, beautiful, permanent pavilion. It’s going to be awesome, but using it on your day will add $1500 to the cost of the rental. There are several ways to get around using the pavilion depending on the size of your event.

If paying up to $7500 for a venue is in reach, PLEASE do yourself a favor and go visit. It is really more lovely and private than the website makes it seem.

KMoon5314:  I, as well, would love your list of venues.  I am trying to find something decent in the Raleigh area that doesnt cost an arm and a leg!

Timshel, what kind of a venue are you looking for? What’s your budget for the venue?

dsouthers:  If you need a place to start, check out the website for Southern Bride & Groom magazine. They’re a great local publication, and everyone that works with them is a pro. Also, if you go to the website of local wedding officiant Robin Renteria, you’ll find a huge list of Triangle-area wedding venues.

Best of luck!
