Me too... but I like the extra hour... when you get up at 5am it's nice for it not to be pitch black!
I agree. I'm sure I'll appreciate it when I start jogging again in the mornings..
I hate daylight savings time!!!!! I cannot wait until I move to AZ and am done with it for good since they do not observe it. I don't think the hour of light in the morning is worth coming home in the pitch black night!
Ugh, I hate it. What's even worse is FI and I BOTH forgot about it and he woke up an hour late for firefighter school this morning. Darn time change!!
Yeah spring ahead stinks. I have a huge exam tomorrow and I need that extra hour---you time stealing jerks!
On the flip side, it's nice because a week or two from now we're going to notice a LOT more day light!
aw, it's not so bad! It's one of my favorite days actually lol I do hate that we miss that hour of sleep, but I loooove that extra hour of sunshine! It's nice to be able to get home from work while there is still some light in the sky! I always hate when winter rolls around and I feel like I don't get to see the light of day as a result (since it's dark when I leave).
I like when we fall back but not when we spring forward! But it does make me happy that spring is around the corner!
Haha, I don't dread it because it means the nice weather is almost here. And I just go to sleep an hour early for a couple nights. I always forget to change the time in my car though, since every other method of time keeping does the work for me.
UGH!! I feel ya I have been a mess all day
But I gotta say I love that Spring is almost here!!!!
yeah i don't dread it either! spring is around the corner and it was light until 7:30 tonight!! woo hoo!
I love this time change. It's 7:00 and still bright outside - that makes me SO happy!
haha, the time change is totally ruining my life today. how is already after 8 pm??? gah.
i'm gonna love it by wednesday I think. woo hoo daylight!
I wish that they didn't start daylight savings in November and then we wouldn't have these problems now in March!
OMG it was SO freakin tough to get out of bed this a.m. I set my alarm for 7 am so I could work out. NOPE. So did not happen.
I finally got out of bed at 8:30 a.m. just in time to get ready for work.
I have had 3 cups of coffee so far today.
Needless to say, I will be going to bed tonight at 10 pm.
I was falling asleep all the way to work this morning! I'm so totally out of it right now and look like a mess. Bags under my eyes, bad hair day, wearing a what was I thinking outfit, feeling blaahhhhh Stupid time change!
I like the fall back but spring forward stinks for me. I am surviving on 2.5 hours of sleep. My body doesn't like waking up at 5:15 am when it usually would be 4:15am :(
I would have to agree... I do love the extra hour of sunlight, but man... The time change just kicks my butt for about a week!!
It takes a couple of weeks to get used to...but I LOVE it. As a SADD sufferer who desperately misses the sunshine in the winter (this winter was ROUGH...let me tell you) I will be glad to have some daylight hours left after work. Already I can feel my mood lifting and energy level rise as a result of sunnier days. YAY for DST =)
@ Jamaica - Well, I am definately glad for the extra hour if it helps with your SADD! I've heard that's tough.
@okqueenbee...I just tell people that I hibernate during the winter...lol. If next winter is anything like this one was...I will finally be investing in one of the lamps that mimic the sun's rays. My Dr. has been pestering me for the past few years to get one.

Always messes me up for at least a week afterwards. :/ I dread it every time it rolls around..
I mean, how bad do we really need that extra hour of light?
