I’m glad you can laugh at those small details that weren’t 100%. Congratulations on your wedding, it looks beautiful. Especially the cake you made.

@calypso522:  All that matters is that you two had an unbelievable time!! : )  Some of my bloopers – forgot my garter, and yes I had two of them!! Forgot them both. So right before garter toss, I had to run to the DJ, ummm…we have a problem!! Luckily one of the girls found a blue rubber band/head band thingy and we used that. So of course we have pics of my DH tossing a hair band! LOL. Other blooper which was the absolute cutest – One of my Jr. flowergirls after hearing everyone silently yell lay your petals down, just layed her bucket of petals down on the grass, nice and elegantly! LOL. It is the absolute cutest – and luckily my photog caught it or I would have never known!

The bloopers are the best! Good memories to pass down!

We all have those bloopers…lol.

-I forgot my veil, so the flower lady quickly made one for me. So sweet.

-I didn’t check the back of my dress, and found through pictures that it was pinching, and looked like it was squeezing me and my dress was too tight. If only I had someone tell me, I could of had them smooth it over.

-I broke my toe so I was limping down the aisle.

-We didn’t practice the first dance, so I forgot how to hold DH’s hand during the dance (so nervous!) and cut it short by motioning to the DJ with a hand across my throat that everyone saw. Lol.

-After the cake cutting, my guests thought it was alright to ask if I cuold give them a piece, and after serving a bit (this was supposed to be my cake to take home to freeze) guests served themselves and left a big mess of cake at the end even though waitors were serving them different cake to their tables.

-everyone left early and so everything shut down two hours early.

-My DH and I cleaned up the venue, and packed everything up ourselves and we didn’t get the grand exit like I had planned.

We had a few minor mishaps a well. Though my DH tells me I am the only one who noticed…

1) The groomsmen walked in best man first and the bridesmaids walked in opposite order, bridesmaid last…this bugs me

2) I dropped off our original cake topper to bakery. Later, I decided to make one, contacted the bakery, and told them it would be at the venue on the cake table. Well they used the one I made but just left the original on the table. It was there until afer our first dance and dinner when I went to check out the cake (I hadn’t seen it yet) ,and tucked the darn thing under a piece of cloth.

3) When we got up to cut the cake, the video and photo set up on one side, so we went to the other side to cut the cake. Seeing our pics I realised that my family saw our backs, and the letters on top of the cake were facing us so you cannot read them in the pics πŸ™

I think thats about it…other than that, I am only really disappointed in my hair fallig flat duue to rainy outdoor pictures.
