@solidarity:  I think the popular one is Fertility Friend. Many gals use it here, and it does sync up with the website. You can either use the free version or there is a paid version, but both have an app. I don’t know how technologically advanced you want this, but this seems to work very well when tracking periods, ovulation, CM, temp, etc.

Just wanted to chime in, I use Fertility Friend and I think the paid membership (I think they call it their “VIP” membership) is worth it.  I don’t realise all of the features that I like that are part of the membership until I talk to someone who only uses the free version.  That being said, don’t pay full price.  They have specials pretty frequently.  If you watch their Facebook page, they’ll usually advertise it there.  I think I only paid about $25 for a year membership (regularly $120?  I just checked and they currently have a promotional deal for $45 – I can’t remember if I’ve ever actually seen it for the full $120, but you can definitely get it for even cheaper).
