@piperhallie: My seamstress made them :) She was the one that also made the train. The dress was originally a Paloma Blanca 4110.

It turned out fabulously!!! WOW!!! I like it even more since you had the sides lengthened (or whatever it was that changed the shape of the bottom on the sides.) Stunning!!!
