That’s basically all I have to say. The wedding is over, and it’s extremely weird to not plan anything! I’ve always heard that your wedding day is a “whirlwind” but I honestly understand that now. Everything went by so fast; we even left a little earlier because people were getting tired. I looked back at the wedding pictures and videos and thought to myself, “WOW”, what an amazing day!
And my husband continually has thanked me for that amazing day and has no clue how I planned it all. I don’t either, but crazy how I’m still living my life, and the wedding is over!

@kperry3 congrats! isnt it crazy how fast the day goes by? I even start to forget things about the day and it freaks me out. LOL I was so glad that all the planning was over fit a bit but after a few weeks I was anxious to start a new project 🙂

Just revel in the fact that you do not have to plan anything or stress over those plans anymore! Enjoy married life!

Congrats, that is awesome. I often say “what will I spend all my free time on after the wedding?” It’s a huge time-suck but hopefully, like your day, it will be worth it!

Congratulations!!! I eventually missed the planning and so I plan big fun parties at our house instead. Not exactly the same level of planning, but you can still put lots of fun detail into it. It keeps me busy 😉

I actually hated planning for the wedding, and for any event. So it’s freeing to not have to do that anymore… and that’s probably the reason why I’m like, “Wow, I planned all of that and now it’s over”. Haha. Now I’ve been busy studying my my licensure exam in Social Work. It’s tomorrow!!! Aaah!

Hey date twin! I know how you feel. I’m actually pretty sad that the day is over. Any tips from anyone on how to cope? Of course, I’m thrilled to be married, but I missed the excitement of the engagement and wedding planning!
