Weddingbee boards

Yesterday was 9/02/10 so I spent a lot of time thinking about how we used to play the Beverly Hills 90210 drinking game in college.

So, let's think up some good rules for the Weddingbee Drinking Game. Here's what I came up with so far:

Drink whenever someone:

• writes "bee's" instead of "bees."
• posts a photo of themself wearing a Maggie Sottero dress.
• is upset about their SO watching porn or going to a strip club.
• posts their centerpiece mockup.
• gets engaged.
• posts a "which dress?" thread.
• posts an Etsy find.
• asks for medical advice.
• posts something that's TMI.
• starts a debate about a cash bar.
• starts a debate about inviting children.
• posts about reaching a new bee status.
• gets screwed by a vendor.
• has family dramarama.
• has dress regret.
• books a honeymoon to the tropics.
• mistakenly posts an item for sale in the boards instead of the classifieds.

What else?

• When someone asks "What font is this?"

• Wants to show of their engagement ring
• Wants to create a certain pet appreciation thread
• Complains about their bridesmaids not caring about their wedding as much as them

As soon as I posted this, I saw that someone posted a thread asking for medical advice. I wanted so bad to comment "DRINK!!" but I figured that would be kind of disrespectful. Oh, wellz.

• Is this dress appropriate for a wedding as a guest?

Asks if something's tacky
Starts a controversial thread about anything to do with sex
Has a grammar mistake in a post
Uses any of these words in their post title --- help, ugh, "I don't know what to do", or "..."

This is hilarious!  It reminds me of the How I Met Your Mother episode where everyone watches Robin's TV show and plays a drinking game, and she finds out and deliberately says those phrases so they get wasted.

• Any time the hostesses have to jump onto a thread to get it under control.

• Whenever someone bumps their own thread.

• Someone joins up and chooses a username that is a variation of "TheFutureMrs_____" or "SoonToBeMrs_____"

i love this thread haha! seeing as i just got home and am kinda buzzzzzed.... i dont think i could play much longer than ohhhh 3 minutes. :)

• Someone posts an inspiration board.
• SOMEONE TYPES A POST IN ALL CAPS.

This is too funny! I am normally on WB when I am at work I'm not sure what my boss would think if he came in and I was trashed.
