I'm sorry you don't feel well! I really don't care about the weekends either because my husband usually has to do HW which means I can't do anything. I think that getting out and getting some exercise might help your mood even if you don't really want to go out and work out. Feel better!
I have so been there before. What's helped me sometimes is to just have an all out tantrum. Get on the bed and kick and scream like a 2 year old who can't have something in a store, and once you are tired out, you might feel better. Talk it out with someone who won't sugar coat things. Go outside and do something since its going to be beautiful (at least here in MD)
@ MissAsB - Thanks for your words. I'm trying to talk myself into jogging around my block or something every morning, but so far, nothing.
@ MrsSl82be - Good advice, though I don't know if I have the energy for a tantrum.
You need a good kick in the butt! I would do it if I knew you personally. I saw you being down on yourself in another post. You are definitely your own worst critic! Others really don't see flaws unless you point them out - especially loved ones. REALLY. So enlist a butt kicker nearby and feel better girlfriend! Focus on the things you like about yourself and go from there.
Yes I would kick you in the butt if I were there too! You need to get out and feel better girlie!
Totally happens to me too :) sometimes you get in a funk and you just can't get out of for a few days. Try to do something fun tonight!
haha i could go on if you really need a butt kickin' ;)
Confidence and happiness may come naturally to some people, but for others it's a learned thing. If it's not your strong suit, learn how! If you've ever played an instrument, sport, passed a test, anything - you had to work at it. You're not born playing soccer after all. You have to go through the little kid hovering over the ball in the crowd before you can start playing better, ya know? Even if you have to force it, think positive thoughts and don't let yourself say anything negative about yourself. Even if you do look crazy and have the absolute worst hair day. Everybody's been there, might as well not point it out.
ENJOY your weekend! it's going to be super nice out!

I'm just not all that excited about it.
I've just been having some issues lately with myself. As in, not having the motivation to stick with a workout plan, etc. I've been extra critical of myself for the past couple of weeks and I'm not exactly sure where it's coming from. I keep comparing myself to other people for some dumb reason, even though I know that that is useless and mentally unhealthy.
This week has been stressful to say the least. Unforeseen car problems (well, sort of because I knew SOMETHING was wrong with my car but didn't know what) has had me down since Wednesday. I mean, who really likes to hear that it's going to cost $2000 to fix their stupid car? PLUS, I will be CARLESS until next Thursday or so.
I've been extra moody lately, like I could snap and bite someone's head off for the slightest offense. You know those mean little animals called badgers? I think I could take one of those right about now lol.
WHAT is wrong with me? I'm getting on my own damn nerves.
*sigh*
