I didn't even know that they did weddings there...I definitely do not see it as a wedding place. I've stayed there before in the midst of their construction, but there are no renovations that can save the inside of the hotel. The pool is in the middle of the hotel and all the rooms are around it, so you constantly smell chlorine. I know this is probably very late and you made your decision..but just my 2 cents.

Has anyone ever attended/had their wedding at The Westport Inn in CT? Or, have you stayed there or looked at it? I fell in love with the pictures of their event space, but I am reading some terrible reviews as well? I am not quite in the planning stages yet (to put it optimistically!) and no one from The Westport Inn returned my e-mails. I live somewhat far away from there currently.
