Well your dress is gorgeous and that is really all that is important. I’m sorry you felt you had some bad experience with the customer service. I for one don’t understand why a wedding boutique would need a 24 hour answering service…bizarre.

For what it is worth I actually tried on dresses at that VERY same boutique and thought the service was pretty bad as well. That doesn’t even take into account that my appointment was held in a stock room across the little walk way and not even in the store. My family and I along with the lady had to carry these heavy dresses over to the stock room, no fun. Needless to say I did not purhase a dress from them.

Aww, I feel so sorry for you. How terrible that they treated you like that. I’d have been exactly the same! Anyway..just wanted to say that I LOVE your dress and your figure looks amazing!

Your dress is beautiful and at least you have it in your possession now. Their customer service really is atrocious, from the sounds of it.

If you have time, I would encourage posting your experience online (e.g. Yelp). As a bride, I factor in customer service when I’m choosing my vendors!

thats horrendous service, no wonder you were upset.  I’d consider putting your complaint in an email with a read receipt and threaten to involve the press and leave bad reviews.

I think for your own sake you need to let it out.  And enjoy your dress it’s beautiful 🙂

wow… that’s awful! if they did that to me i wouldn’t have paid the rest of it, but then again is not like you can throw money away… :/

That’s ridiculous. Make sure you post that experience on review sites around the web. To treat their customers like that in this economy is preposterous.
