I’m nearing the home stretch in the countdown to my wedding date and am really wanting to stick to this healthier eating plan. With a mermaid style gown and a tropical honeymoon, I absolutely want to look and feel my best!! But I must say, it’s getting kind of boring. Let’s start a running post of your favorite diet recipes that are cheap, easy, and YUMMY!!!

it depends on what you like – if you are happy with salad, try infusing the vinegar with a little bit of crushed garlic beforehand to make it more tasty (obviously oil and vinegar dressings are best for dieting). or sautee some veggies, but fry up some bacon/ pancetta in the same pan first (if you are really strict you can even remove it) for the flavor. and are you into fish? there are many super delicious fish variations, my favorite right now is fish with a arugula-basil pesto crust: http://lifeisgoodkitchen.blogspot.com/2011/07/ocean-perch-to-overcome-fear-of-fish.html good luck with fitting into the mermaid dress, i am sure you are going to look stunning!!
