Weddingbee boards

I was just blogging and realized that we only get called Bridezillas when we stick up for what we want and not give into the whims and desires of family and friends....ever notice that?

Reading all our posts, we are always so concerend about making whats supposed to be our day into something our guests will like/want/need that we sacrifice our dreams for it!!!!

No wonder we get a bit cranky from time to time

SO I move to stirke Bridezilla from the vocab and in it's place put the real names:

Guest-zillas - for those people who think that coming to your wedding is a free meal for them, their 6 kids, their kids high school sweet hearts and thefamily dog!

Attendant-zillas - the the maid who hates her dress and changes it with out asking, refuses to show up for ANY wedding realted shin dig, or expects you to manuver you wedding meal around what she likes or dislikes as food. 

and Fam - zillas Those members that add 15 people to your guest list, last minute with out explanation. 15 names you don't even know! Or expect you to change your registry because "me and my friends don't shop there each week"

See how they like it! It's hard pleasing over 100 people!!! Give us some credit! This is after all supposed to be about what our FH's and us want isn't it?

Let's not lose sight of our dreams in this time of planning! I'm finding that slips away sometimes when I'm planning, and I shouldn't be as concerend with it as I am - and thanks to you all, for those times when I don't think I can do it and I ask for help - you're always here to help!
