I am attempting to DIY my invites, save-the-dates and rsvps! I am applying a black layer on the back but I can’t seem to keep these babies straight!! ARGH! I hate putting so much time into them and for them to be all squish!
To make it even more difficult I have rounded corners!!
Did you all just eye-ball them and hope for the best or is there a tool out there I can’t find!
Thanks sooo much 🙂

Can you take a ruler and then lightly in pencil outline where it’s supposed to go?

Thanks for the suggestion. I just found something called a “jigster” but it only helps with square corners, still can’t find one for rounded corners! Anyone else?

honestly, I eye-balled them. The first few I was really picky about and then I realzied that people put all of 5 seconds into reading their invites. They look to see the date at the time and then throw it on top of the fridge. A couple of the FI’s relatives make cards and scrapbook for a hobby so I made sure I set aside the best ones for their scrutinizing eyes and the rest were what they were.
Brides really need to remember that you are the only one that cares that much about your wedding.
I got tons of compliments about how beautiful my invites were so I guess it was fine… 🙂

I backed my invites and just eye-balled it. After making 100 of them you stop caring. No one else will care/notice.
