    Hello bees!

I read this website daily, and get so many ideas (maybe too many, haha).  So I was hoping y'all could help me with my theme, or rather how to ties things together.  A quick background: I'm getting married November 2010 in Austin at a Catholic Church and then the reception is at the Salt Lick Pavilion.  It's a wonderful rustic building, so I'm trying to go with a rustic elegant feel.  My colors are eggplant (dark purple), charcoal gray, and ivory.  I want there to be corks as the escort cards and wine bottles as the table numbers and then flowers and lots of candles.  Then I also want there to be a couple of manzanita crystal trees (also to be used at the church) at the guest signing table.

I know so get to the point...the Pavilion provides boots with flowers in them, which I was hoping to line the walk way to the pavilion (I'm going to attach a picture).  My BM pointed out that doing the boots (on the outside) and then 2 crystal trees and wine bottles (on the inside) doesn't really flow together.  I guess my question is there a way to link all of this together? Or am I just going to have to get rid of 1) the boots or 2) the trees and crystal idea?

I would love y'alls thoughts! And sorry for such a long read.

I don't think people are going to pay THAT close of attention to the outside vs. inside decor.  If the building is rustic, that will tie the boots in.  And since the reception area is a separate space, I don't think it will conflict.

Otherwise- what about having the boots filled with vines (ie vineyard) or bunches of grapes (even fake ones maybe) to tie in with the wine theme.
