You're so lucky! Congrats!! Ours took a whole weekend and a few more days after that. They dickered over the stupidest things. But we have it now!!

OMG, that is so flippin amazing! I'm so jealous! It took us over a week to get our offer accepted (this morning!) I've been dying, I can't believe it happened for you so fast! Congrats, you saved yourself a lot of heartache! lol.

KLP - CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!!!!! I only have a couple of pics; they didn't post any with the listing, but here's the front and the back. They're not the greatest pics because it's Buffalo in the middle of February, but the deck (with covered awning in the summer!) and the new addition in the back is what sold it for me! We'll work on sprucing up the front which is kind of boring, but I love it because it's soon to be OURS.
Oh, that's so cute! The front really isn't that bad, and that deck is indeed fantastic! That was a big selling point for us too. I can smell the BBQ already!

So excited!!! It happened so fast! I wasn't expecting it all to happen as fast as it did...seriously, we left the realtor's office with the offer in place at 130 and by 2pm both parties had countered once and they accepted our 2nd offer!!! Still in shock that we actually bought our first house! Just thought I'd share with everyone our exciting news :) Did we really just buy a house?! Craziness!
