Ugh thats terrible!!
At least they will give you a stunt double. Good luck with the fixing of the ring!
Ohhhh man! That is horrible! I am so sorry! No one will be able to tell. Don't stress. I know this is a big deal, but they will fix it and you'll have it the rest of your life. Good luck!
I'm sorry... it's funny though because my partner always refers to his engagement ring as his "stunt ring". Whenever he forgets his wedding ring, he switches the engagement ring for use as a stunt ring.
Im so sorry to hear about your ring! I would be so upset! Are they going to charge you to fix it or for the stunt double? At least they are giving you that.
Oh that is awful!! I'd be upset as well. Hope you can find a replacement to your liking in the next day or so. (((hugs)))
No, they're not going to charge me for any of the extra expenses, which is nice, but it was still terrible. Ugh!
Oh well, I guess we have something to laugh over later.
I would probably cry. Although Mr. S would probably be more upset than me as he designed my ring.
Thankfully they will give you a stunt double, it does suck but what can you do? I hope it looks close enough to your own ring so you can get some nice pics taken at your wedding this weekend
ohmigoodness! I would have CRIED. Hope it gets fixed sooner than they say! i am so sorry!

Last week I parted with my ring so it could be soldered for my wedding this Saturday. I went to pick it up today (because we leave Wednesday AM) and not only was it not in one piece, or the three pieces I brought it there in (e-ring and two bands), but it was in FIVE pieces. They broke the head when they were re-sizing it. My heart sank when I heard the envelope jingle. The best thay can do since it's a designer ring, is give me a "stunt double" until my new ring can come in sometime in mid-sept.
Ugh...anyone else go through this?
