I don’t think you really have any other choice but to let them grow. Get them done by someone who knows what you want right before the wedding, and use short, hair-like strokes with an eyebrow pencil or powder to keep them from looking drastically drawn-on.

@Coral99:  I hate thick eyebrows so I am biased. I’d say you probably look better 😛 However, if it bothers you then I am positive that your make-up artist can fix them if they don’t grow in by your wedding. She would not make them look fake, she does it for a living 🙂

I’d try Biotin + Rapid Lash or some similar “eyelash growth” product.  You might also talk to your MUA (or pop over to Youtube if you’re doing your own makeup), since some filling techniques look more natural than others.

@jdhall89:  does eyelash stimulant also make your eyebrows grow? I’ve never heard that.

Mine are super thin naturally and I just use eye shadow to fill them in on an everyday basis. I’d definitely talk to a makeup artist about options to fill them in until they grow in.

@OldMrsMcDonald:  They advertise that it does, and hair is hair, so if it works on eyelashes, I’d assume it works on brows?

Pencils, wax and powders don’t have to look fake as long as their applied correctly. I’m sure they’ll grow in in the next 40 days but in the mean time why not try out your hand at filling them in?

@Coral99:  I meant cleaning them up before the wedding if they need it.

@Coral99:  Oh goodness, I also have thicker eyebrows so I know what you mean! It’s okay though, let them grow for the next month then just have them cleaned up a few days before the big day. Get an angled brush and eyeshadow that a couple shades lighter than ur hair and fill them in… I had the same thing happen to me once but filling them in a little looked just as good
