I like the colgate optic white toothpaste.  Be careful though, whitening wears down the enamel and makes teeth extra sensitive.  I think using two products that often might be overkill.

I noticed great results with the 2 hour version of the Crest White Strips.   I didn’t have as much luck with the 30 minute ones but they are working for my FI.

Crest Whitestrips Proffessional Effects are amazing!

I actually also have Plus White, but I find it kind of messy. I never thought of using them together. Now I’m curious.

Crest White Strips are great and if you pair them with Crest  Glamorous White toothpaste you will be well on your way to achieving bright pearly whites 🙂

@shawndy:  I just bought a box of crest whitening strips.  I read on there you are only supposed to use them TWICE a year at the most though.

I just use baking soda that you can find around the house. I mix it with some water and then I brush my teeth with it. It doesn’t taste the greatest, but I have noticed a difference. I don’t know how often you should do it. I have sensitive teeth so I do it only once a week or once every two weeks because sometimes I forget!

@shawndy:  Any update on how the strips worked for you?  I just decided to do this with 19 days to go!!  Do you think that is enough time to see results?
