Congratulations! We eloped, and it was the best thing we could have done. It was just the two of us, but it was soooooooo perfect. No stress, no difficult coordination, just pure enjoyment of the experience.

Yessir we have been thinking about it and we are going to go for it! My fiance and I are paying for our own wedding and after four months of agonizing over planning a wedding in Aug we decided last week we are eloping! Our new wedding date: June 21st yes this month lol!
I love the idea of eloping because it is simple, truthful and really about us making one of the biggest decisions of our lives.
My parents, sister, his parents, little brother and sister will be there. And our two dogs.... (they have a dog beach on the island, which is were we are tying the knot with our two dogs playing in the waves
Do you want to know the GREATEST PART? By us eloping and sharing this moment with our close family....we will all be taking a wonderful vacation. My parents have NEVER and I mean NEVER taken a vacation. I can't wait to see my mom and dad relaxing on the beach. I planned our elopement in a single day...great photographer, pastor, location done, simple and beautiful! We are having a destination wedding for UNDER $3000 (we will end up paying for both of our families plane tickets, which is included in the $3000)
