Thank you so, so much! I have been having some doubts about my dress but didn’t want to pay the $25 until I was sure I wanted to sell it. $15 was a lot more doable! I’m headed out to look at more gowns with my Maid/Matron of Honor tomorrow, so I guess it’s real enough to at least start looking for a buyer. Hope my dress sells quickly like yours did! Any tips?
Thanks again for the discount!

Hi! Reading other posts about selling your dress, I know it can take a while. So yeah, put it up now! The girl I sold it to was the first one to contact me and she bought it! So I don’t have a lot of experience in dealing with possible buyers. But this is what I did. I put up the pictures of me wearing the dress at the bridal boutique. Front and back. I put as much info as I could regarding the dress. Color, street size, label size. And more importantly, why I was selling it. I put it at a 30% markdown. Sucks, I know. But if you really want to sell it, then that’s what you have to do.
The girl also wanted to confirm it was a legit Allure so I called the bridal shop to ask them that they verify my info and that my dress was indeed new and what I said it was in my ad. I then had the girl email the bridal shop directly so she could get reassurance from them.
It’s scary to buy a dress out there on the internet from an individual! So I was as accommodating as I could be.
Sorry for the delayed response! Hope this helps and good luck!!!!
