I know how you feel! I never had that ‘love’ relationship with my dress. I really have dress envy sometimes. But then, I’m not really a Say Yes to the Dress, boo hoo, reaction type person either. I just wanted it to be pretty and look good.

Your dress is so pretty! I really liked one almost exactly like it and almost chose it but alterations were too much.

Did you spend a lot on it? Maybe you can consign it and get something different?

That’s my dress too!!  I thnk there’s beauty in it’s simplicity.  That design is timeless as well as super flattering.

I like this dress.  My best friend wore this dress at her wedding and it looked beautiful.

Hmmm….I like the simplicity of this dress. Accessories will compliment it well.

What I really find beautiful with brides via pictures and past weddings that I have attended is when the Bride her beauty shines though….and not the DRESS shines. This is one dress that will allow you to be the centerpiece.

Imagine yourself all done up with hair, makeup, accessories and shoes and your whole look will change. Also your happiness and glow on that day will add beauty as well.

Hope this helps!

Your dress is lovely. If you want to make more of a statement with it, you could try adding a sash and/or a brooch.

I think the dress is lovely. If it were me… I’d probably go with a friend and try more one just to see if something made me more excited. Even if you’re not a crier or anything, it just seems you should feel better about it.

It must be hard not loving your dress.  If it helps any, you look very beautiful in it.  Try and see if you can sell it  – there are probably a bazillion websites online which sell dresses, not to mention the classifieds here on the hive.

Good luck with whatever you do!
