Hi everyone. I’m new to this whole weddingbee thing but think it’s great to be able to get advice from other brides. My dilemma is this (which is not really a dilemma at all just looking for ideas)… I want to have three different centerpieces as we will most likely have 30 round tables. (10 of each type of centerpiece dispersed througout creating sort’ve a random but still symmetrical look.) I am in need of a third option! My first two centerpieces include antique blue mason jars and Lanterns on birch tree rounds with votives surrounding. The pictures aren’t exactly what I would do but you get the idea. My mother had the idea of bird cages as the third option but I didn’t like that. Our venue is barn-like with wood everywhere and super tall ceilings. Our theme I guess would be rustic elegance with sort’ve a vintage flair as my wedding dress is a sheath, gatsby style dress. Just looking for something simple, as I am really a no-fuss type person who loves the outdoors. No tall centerpieces either, I would like my guests to be able to see and talk to each other. I’ve included a photo of what I would like the cake to look like, as well as what our bridal party colors are for more inspiration.

JulyBride15: I love the idea of the different centerpieces, one that I actually contemplated on was doing tiered log slices and then top off with a small vase(s) and/or votives. if I find the picture on pinterest later I will get the link for you. Or just search log slice center peices and you could come up with some fabulous ones, that way it is still sort of rustic-y looking. Good Luck!

Use a variety of small containers and a couple of china birds
use pillar candles with a few flowers at the base ( place the flowers in water tubes and hide the tubes by overlapping the flowers)
ps not these candles

julies1949: I like the three candles idea with three different sizes of candles. I must like things that come in three’s.

A friend of mine is stacking old books with a small mason jar with flowers and candles.. it’s really cute, she went to a local thrift store and picked quite a few for low $$

doeydo: I like the box idea. I could use an old crate or something to put the flowers in. Thanks!
