Hmm. I would drop your mortgage company and go with someone else. And/or become the most annoying and insistant person on the planet. Call them every day for updates and to push them on timelines.

We did a conventional loan through Everbank and they were AMAZING and a breeze. If that’s at all an option for you, I highly recommend them.

@BluePeaches:  do you have a lawyer handling the paperwork? because now would be the time for them to go bananas on the bank!

@BluePeaches:  That’s ridiculous!  Sorry you’re dealing with that.  I’m waiting in the negotiating stage and it sucks.  After this I would hope everything is more under our control!

@BluePeaches:  Im going through the same thing right now! We have had 3 schedulings cancelled all because the bank and lawyers cant get on the same page! I am blaming my lawyers though, I really think everyone that works in their offices are idiots. Ive been dealing with the bank person and they have worked their butts off for us to get this closed and its the lawyers office that never calls them back and never calls us back either. Its so annoying I feel your pain! I hope it works out for you! fingers crossed!

@BluePeaches:  Did you try calling her boss/manager/higher up at the bank?

I’ve had to do this before with mortgage processors, and believe me, it pushes your file to the very top of the pile.

Just keep using the word “dissapointed” when talking to ther boss. In the field of customer service, this is the kiss of death.

I would go with another bank / person for the mortgage. They’re working on commission!! She should not be getting paid for screwing up this bad and giving you the run around! Call the branch manager TODAY and get them to deal with it ASAP! Tell them you will move your mortgage elsewhere if you don’t get this sorted out by the end of business hours tomorrow. Explain that she has been unreachable, and has pushed your closing dates 3 times. It must be really frustrating for you, but they need you more than you need them!
