It's beautiful, but I hope for you and your weddings sake it doesn't snow on your special day!
I'm in Seattle too. BRRRR! FI and I went to visit our site yesterday in the snow... I jokingly said I hoped it didn't snow on our (August!) wedding day. I hope it doesn't snow on your day either! The pictures would be cool, though...
i am from montreal, and there we can have extreme blizzard snow storms up to the first week of march, and by the end of march we can be wearing shorts and sandals. so i would say you have nothing to worry about - weather can change drastically and fast!

It's snowing here to!! I posted something about it this morning. I'm really excited about it, but wouldn't be if my wedding were soon :(

It is supposed to be much worse in Seattle. I sure hope it doesn't snow in August; that would not be a good thing, and yes the pictures would be awesome, but I don't think my hair would hold up.
I used to live in Canada and I do remember a lot of snow, some years, in March. I hope you are right :-)
@napabridekelsey: Pretty :-) My daughter lives in Oregon. She probably isn't happy about the snow either.
We had this insane blizzard the weekend of our wedding--half our guests couldn't make it (including MIL) and people were getting stuck in the snow! But it was still all good. :) No worries!

That's why we got married in Savannah, GA!!! We didn't want any snow on our wedding.
Yup, my wedding is in two days, it seriously almost never snows here and when it does its very little, but they are are calling for some serious snow for the next two days... so I'm just hoping for the best on Saturday..... I guess it would at least make beautiful and unique photos for this area.... but ahhhhh the stress!
It sucked and I wanted to cry at one point, but I don't think it ruined the day or anything...just made it slightly more difficult! My new hubby and I got to bond while I tried to get up a tiny, tiny hill to our hotel (and sat through five stoplights because I was uber-stuck).
Oh wow LOL!! I am in Atlanta and it has snowed here 3 times this winter which is WAY weird. I dont want to see anymore but pictures are totally fine!!

@blondilocks: It stopped for about a 1/2 hour and the sun came out, and it was still snowing. It was pretty, but I didn't have time to get a picture. Right now it is comming down in clumps again...
I looked up the stats. The average snowfall for March in Seattle is less than .03 of an inch.
I would spend more of my time praying to the rain gods as it has rained in Seattle 50.4% of the time on March 31st .
It has rained on March 31st 59 times in the last 117 years.

I have checked the Almanac and it should be sunny and warm this year on the 31st; however, we have been having some really whacky weather already this year :-/

I can't believe it!!!
It is snowing!!!
Not just snowflakes either; it is comming down in clumps, and sticking
It is not normal for us to have snow during this time of year, and when we have snow, it is usually just a light dusting.
