So I went dress shopping last week thinking I was going to buy Enzoani Dakota, but instead went for this one. It is Enzoani Gali from the 2012 collection! Do you like it? I haven’t bought a veil yet though. Should I go with one that hits at the elbows since there is already a lot of tulle on the bottom or cathedral veil? I will be wearing my hair down or half up and half down with curls. Thanx!

i agree with you! there’s so much detail at the bototm, don’t cover it!
and gorgeous dress!!!!

I have a very detailed Enzoani dress and I found that anything that ended above the details distraced. I went with a very sheer cut edge cathedral veil that matched the drama of the gown without taking away from the detail
GORGEOUS dress btw – so jealous you got to try on the 2012 Enzoani – any pictures? Did you get to try on anymore of the 2012 collection?

I just love long veils with dramatic dresses, I think that it just adds to the drama. You would not be covering any of the details, veils are see through as long as you keep the veil simple and raw.

Does it look like a bride’s dress though? I am worried that I might have chosen a dress that is too modern 🙁

Stunning dress! Not sure about the veil, I just wanted to tell you I love your dress.

I did take some pictures, but they do not do the dress justice! The person I took with me to my appointment was super tall and I am pretty short so they look kinda funny 🙁 They did have the Enzoani Genevieve dress, and it looked awesome on the manequin, but I did not try it on because I was not entirely convinced with the material on the bottom skirt.

Gorgeous dress! Without seeing the veil, it’s impossible to tell. Do you have pictures of the veils being tried on with the dress for comparison? Follow your gut on what you feel best in.

I say go for cathedral…I agree with the previous comments…go with a veil that’s long, sheer and simple with not very much beading that way it completes the dramatic look without taking away from it! beautiful dress!!

I think a long veil would look awesome with your dress and wouldn’t really cover the flowers since there are flowers on the front anyway!
