lol Not a stupid question.  Wear regular undergarments.  If you have a strapless bra, thats a plus. I love when I work with brides who have their own strapless bra.

Haha not a stupid question at all! A strapless long line is a good idea. Barring that, wear whatever you think you’ll wear. Some dresses, especially those with a corset back, may not need a bra, so be prepared for that.

Also, try on everything that you want to, and be willing to try on things that you wouldn’t have considered for yourself, remember that feeling discouraged is normal but keep on truckin’, and the dress that you don’t want to take off is most likely the dress for you. Try not to let anyone else sway your decision, and remember that not everyone has the thunderbolt moment where they start to cry. For me, I just KNEW. Also, have FUN!

I think it’s a SMART question. I just wore whatever… and then everyone saw my blue panties through my dress (it’s pretty thin). You can’t get the full effect of what it’s going to look like with blue showing through. So wear white or nude!

Wear something that you will be comfortable with other seeing you in.

I’m wearing boycut underwear in either white or soft pink.

I’ll bring a strapless bra with me.

I wore nude commando underwear– the kind that leaves no panty line! You will be surprised how many of those dresses you can see through! I found that out because my 1st round of shopping, not thinking about, it i wore black striped boy shorts lol

I’m a fuller figured girl so I thought of that before I went in to try dresses and I felt really comfortable in a strapless bra and then a slip that I wore right underneath my bra line so that it covered me like a mini dress. It might not work for everyone but it worked great for me.

I wore a strapless bra and boy short undies – although the bra got in the way of a lot of dresses so I just took it off at one point.  The sales lady has seen it all!

I wore a strapless bra and some seamless full coverage underwear. I am a brown girl, so both the bra and the panties were in brown. Another tip….lotion up. I didn’t for one of my shopping trips and my ashiness was on display for the consultant to see….LOL. NOT a good look.

Most bridal shops will have strapless bras for you to use (the long corset kind).  I LOVED the one they had so much I ended up buying a new one!  I’m a busty girl so to me it was well worth it and I knew the bra I wore to try on the dress would be the one I wore on my wedding day so I know how my dress will fit with it.  I’m pretty sure I had on orange striped underwear lol but I couldn’t see anything through the style of dresses I chose.

When I went to the bridal shop they gave me this corset strapless bra thing.  one time I wore a regular bra and took the straps down.  One time I took off my bra and yes the lady saw my boobs.

I also wore a tshirt that said “My heart belongs to (FIs name)”
