Really stunning. If it has a corset in it, then I say yes a tummy can be hidden. Lace sometimes like to cling, so that might make you uncomfortable (especially if it doesn't have a really secure under/lining built into it.

haha about the tummy question, the first thing I thought was that my tummy is not flat enough to pull that off without some SPANX! It'S a really pretty dress though, I love that it is mostly lace but not all lace if that makes sense. I think the right undergarmets will get rid of your tummy problem.
@aroosa, I was browsing dresses on some cheap dress website, bestbridalprices.com or something like that (note my low budget), and stumbled upon it in the sea of chiffon. :)
They didn't list a price though, so I googled it, and the first result that came up had a price tag next to it of over a thousand dollars. :(

Wow, that's beautiful. Yes, a girl with a tummy can wear it because of the fabric. It seems to have layered and texured fabric which hides many items. If it was a thin satin, maybe not but you're fine and it's beautiful.
@cheerful, I've definitely been looking at second hand dresses because of my budget, but this beauty is listed as part of the Fall 2009 collection, so I don't expect many for sale quite yet :)
Maybe by this winter when I'm ready to consider buying a dress...
LOVE IT!!!! I think that a corset and/or spanx will do the trick for the tummy. It is a really gorgeous gown!! I hope that you find it in your budget if you are really in love :)
I just bought this dress on Saturday!!! I got it at a trunk sale so I got a 20% discount. It has sort of a built in corset which is great and I plan to use some spanx to help with the flattening :) If you want to try it on I would recommend finding out if they are doing a trunk show anywhere near you and then see if that dress will be included in the items they bring for the show - that way you can check it out in person.
Laura1, could you post some pics of you in the dress? I'd love to see it on a "real person".
When a dress like that is fitted properly, they work on lots of body types.
I believe Netbride.com sells Allure and they usually offer 30% off the price...
Yes you can wear it. When in doubt wear Spanx. They are a girls best friend ;).
Not the greatest picture (cell phone), but all I have for now. I wear a street size 4 and this dress was a 6 (little tight in the chest). I ordered an 8 to be safe :)

This is the second dress (out of thousands) I've seen online that I've actually thought I might want to wear.
Too bad it's over $1000 :( and my budget is like $500 including alterations. Isn't it pretty though????
