I find my boob-age size changes more than any other measurement depending on the time of month. Maybe that’s it?

Unless its so tight you’re struggling to do it up, I wouldn’t worry too much. It also depends a bit on the bridesmaid dress style to be worried about that. And mid October is still two months away if it’s just a little tighter than usual.

Did you start taking a new pill recently? I started a different BC pill and my boobs went up two cup sizes. 🙁

My boobs seems to fluctuate daily between swimming in my DDD bra and wanting to spill out over the top. I find that if I eat a lot of salty foods, am stressed, the week BEFORE that TotM, or just not drinking enough water, they get bigger.

Alterations are probably a good idea. You can always wear a padded bra to fill out the dress if it ends up being too big, but if you can’t zip it, that’s a whole other can of worms!

What is the weather like in your area? similar to hormones, humidity and heat can also make you bloated.  You mentioned having a hectic schedule and skipping workouts and meals– how’s your fluid intake? Any chance dehydration is adding to the issue?

Honestly, I wouldn’t worry too much, and definitely don’t do anything until you’ve tried the dress on in a week and it’s still fitting the same– as you’ve said, this is a new problem you didn’t have a few weeks ago; chances are it’s not a “real” change, it’s something superficial that will pass, you don’t want to have to do and undo alterations if you don’t have to– I had a similar thing with my dress, I had to have it let out about 2 months before my wedding vecause it just wasn’t fitting, but then at every fitting since then they had to take it back in, at the end it ended up being smaller than the original size.

My recommendation: push ups.  I think it really helps keep my boobs in check, and has the added bonus of sculpting armS!

I kinda went through something like that about a year ago.  I lost aprox. 40 lbs, lost a band size and gained 2 cup sizes(36HH)!  I wear about street size 16 and had to buy a size 22 wedding dress so my boobs would fit the dress.  Thank god for a corset backing!
