so sweet!
sometimes my husband will randomly call me from the other room "wifey?" love that.
Have yet to hear Wifey but can't wait for that day : )
I was a total disbeliever that ANYTHING would be different (I thought we knew it and did it all)...but it's different. In a sweet, quiet kind of way. And I love it : )
I love it when older couples...the man still says "my <adjective> bride" my hubby doesn't do that, but I wish he would!
@Erin: you are totally right!! We have been together 8.5 years as well (married for almost 1) and certain things really feel different to me (in a wonderful, heart-melting sort of way)!! I never thought it would feel different - but it does!

So sweet! We've been married for 2 weeks and I can't say anything actually feels different between us, but I do like it when I catch sight of his left hand and I see him wearing his wedding ring. At first he wasn't going to get one and I never thought it would matter to me, but I'll admit, it makes me really happy to see it!
Aw! My hubby brought me home a dozen roses tonight- for no reason other than I was in a bad mood and he wanted to cheer me up. It worked until I took out my new non-stick baking pan and realized he had cleaned it with a Brillo pad!
That's really sweet. My husband calls me "Wifey" which I think is too darn cute.
My hubby called me wifey yesterday for the first time and it soooo made my heart smile! Plus, he left me a surprise post-it note in my laptop yesterday, he knows I open it as soon as I get home, that said "I heart you" because he knows how much I love to say I heart stuff, lol. He's the best.
Oh, and one more favorite thing, going to bed together, not everyday because he sleeps at the fire station some days, but every day that he's home it's the best!
Aw I can't wait to be all melty all the time. He won't call me wifey cause that's not his style, but I'll love having him here all the time!

I once made reference to my future last name... that I'd be Mrs. His first & Last and I could see he totally melted!

But DH just called after getting out of surgery, apologized that he was so late, and said that only silver lining was that he gets to come home to "his mrs."
