I love finding a good deal but can't stand having to dig through things to get to them (overcrowded sales racks are the bane of my existence, haha). No Goodwill or Salvation Army for me :( Plus I wear a size 5-6 and can never find shoes in my size that are on sale!
Wow! What a great deal! Our Goodwill isn't very good, but I did score a really pretty milk glass vase there today for $2.99!

Oh yes...I was so super excited when I found these. I literally almost jumped up and down in the aisle! I'm going to a military ball with my husband in September and was cringing at the idea of spending a lot of money on a pair of shoes I'll only wear once (don't have a pair of nice black dressy shoes)....So, when I saw these, it was like the angels were singing the hallelujah chorus or something. LOL
You definitely got a steal with those shoes! I want a pair too!!! Especially for $2.50! Yes please :) (Can you tell I am a tiny bit jealous??)
That's awesome, and even MORE awesome because the Goodwills here in my city all charge $6.99 for shoes now, and $8.99 for boots! Crazy! Makes me kinda mad when I see payless shoes there that I know were $10 or 15 max and they're trying to get $6.99 for them!
So $2.50 is amazing!!
I bought my wedding shoes at a thrift store for $5 and I totally understand the RUSH!

I know there was a post the other day on goodwill, but I don't have the patience to find it, so I'm going to start a new one. I have always wanted a pair of Nina shoes, but I'm one of those girls that hates to spend $20 on a pair of shoes from Payless, so obviously I'm not going to pony up for shoes that cost $80-$100...Well, my lovely bees...check this out... I found the EXACT same shoes shown below at my local Goodwill today for only...get this...hold your breath...$2.50 (They are $79 on the Nina website)!!!!!!!! I do believe that is the steal of all steals!
