My best friend's wedding we wore black dresses and carried orange flowers. It was gorgous! The black really made the flowers pop in pictures! Not halloween-y at all!
Can you put them in ivory? It'll look very "royal wedding" which can be super chic for a May wedding. Or change the flowers they're holding?
Love those dresses! And I have a pregnant bridesmaid too, so I can relate to it being hard to find something that will work for everyone.
I was able to find a local seamstress to make everyone's dresses for less than it would have cost me to buy them. Even though none of my BMs are local, they just need to talk with her to get very explicit directions to take measurements and she will work her magic.
I honestly was shocked to find this gal. It may be a long shot but it's worth considering!

I don't have any links for you, but don't fret about it. Lace overlay is HUGE right now; there'll be dozens of styles of dresses just like these at bridal shows and new fasion lines in the next few months, and there are plenty out already!

I would have them wear the black dress and change the colors of their bouquet. Flowers are way easier to change and coordinate than finding another perfect dress on such a short time line. You an even keep the orange and put some ivory in it to defuse the Halloween look or go for a softer orange. Here are some examples.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, its just a mess right now and the problem is we already have the guys in Grey suites with Navy ties and my biggest issue is when you put black next to navy it just gets really muddled in photos. Which is the one thing i have been working really hard to keep it nice and clean so you know its a blue and not a black.
@MASPA: That is the one my bridal salon suggested as a replacement but just worried the skirt isnt full enough for a almost 8 months pregnant bm so we are going to a shop that has the sample with a bump pillow to take a peek and see if it will work for how far along she will be
@atlbride2013: While I loved the royal wedding, I just cant imagine putting all my girls in Ivory when I am in Ivory just feel like it would be way to much and I know Ill get blasted for this one id like to be the only one in Ivory
Thanks everyone for the support just really thrown me for a loop here in the midst of all this its so hard to find a dress that all the girls loved and was right in budget for everyone and now we are in crunch mode and I do not want to have to pay for rush fees ect to have the dresses.....

Alright bees need a little support and help on this before I keel over and freak out!!!! Just FINALLY found the perfect bridesmaids dress from Mori Lee 31004
It was pefect with navy satin under neath as my colors are Navy & Orange. Just put in the order gonna come in in April (just in time for the May wedding) Well... just get a call Mori Lee is no longer making this dress in any colors other than Black, Ivory, or white......... ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! So now i need to find a dress in the same price point... similar style... that works with a fabulous pregnant BM and in time for the wedding for alterations..... Blahhhhhhh i am ready to cry at my office desk bees.... HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! IDk what to do!!!! I cant do the black cause we already picked the orange flowers and I don't want my BMs looking like there at a halloween party instead of my May wedding...
