The good news is that even if/when things go wrong on the wedding day, it doesn’t seem to matter. I found out later that there were several mishaps on my wedding day that I didn’t even know about. So my advice? Who ever is in charge (whether that is a coordinator or just your family or MOH or whatever) tell them to keep the little stuff quiet if it goes wrong. There’s really nothing you can do about it at that point anyway, and adding extra stress is POINTLESS. It’s so much better that way. 🙂 It’s so easy to just enjoy the fact that you are getting married or are newly married.

Also? You are not alone in those feelings. A LOT of us (myself included) felt the same way at times. I was not a huge fan of planning my wedding and in hindsight would have enjoyed a small beach wedding or elopement. But hey. I’m still a Mrs and had a lovely wedding!
