I’ve been so stressed out the past few weeks – especially this week – that I would have probably lost 50lbs. Hahaha.
When I’m stressed, I hella binge 🙁
When I was a teenager and I got stressed out I wouldn’t eat, one day I woke up and I was 135 pounds it was kinda gross (I had been 150 and I’m 5’7″ which is a much healhtier weight for my large frame), in college I just forced myself to eat anyway when I was stressed so that I would have the energy to do what I needed to and then I gained weight. I think now I alternate between not eating and binging when stressed.
At least my relationship with my FI is better than my realtionship with food. 🙁

If I’m really really stressed I can’t eat. It’s really annoying because I know I will gain the weight right back as soon as I’m not stressed out but people ALWAYS make a big deal about me losing weight, “they’re like omg you’re losing weight what is your secret.” But if regular stress burned calories I would be great with that lol!
A-frikin-MEN! Instead.. I’m eating just because I’m stressed. Ugh!
