My e-ring is different therefore I’m very limited when it comes to wedding bands. The only band that will somewhat work is a thin channel set and unfortunately, none of them seem to inspire me. My e-ring is pretty thick too so theres not much more room on my finger for the band.
So, I’m thinking about getting an intricate wedding band and wearing that on my left hand and moving my e-ring to my right. I’m sure its not a big deal but I have never encountered someone who’s done this. They either wear the e-ring and band together or just the band.
To give you an idea of how thick my e-ring is…
Don’t mind my terrible manicure!

That’s exactly what I would do, wear them on different hands. I don’t have an e-ring, but I have two different rings, one from each of my (deceased) grandmothers. One is a thin, delicate, channel-set diamond band that will be my wedding ring, and the other is an art deco style ring that is a bit different in design and takes up more space (it’s kind of diamond-shaped, hard to explain). I will wear my wedding ring on my left hand and the other one (which looks more like an e-ring) on my right.

If I had your ring, that’s what I would do. I’m probably going to wear mine together, but my engagement ring is a thing solitaire, so it should be easy to match. Putting them on seperate hands means you can get a band that fits with you, and not worry about matching. Plus, your engagement ring is a stunner, so it totally deserves it’s own hand anyway.

I actually stole this idea from all the people I saw who did that. Its quite common actually.

I think when it comes down to it, I would do thise. I’m OCD about evenness, so I would want one ring on my left hand one on my right.
With your e-ring (which is gorgeous BTW) wearing it on your right hand while having an equally detailed wedding band would be great.

Thanks ladies! I’m leaning towards something along these lines…
They are all so unique and I just LOVE them! Now I just have to try to find one in our miniscule budget.

I actually have the EXACT same engagement ring!! I’ve never seen anyone else with the same ring as me, so that’s SO cool to see it haha!!! 🙂 I had a hard time finding a wedding band as well, but found one that I LOVE that works with the e-ring! I asked jewelers what they thought, and they pointed me toward a contour simple band that had both round diamonds and baguettes, which matches with our e-ring. It’s a skinny band, and the diamonds actually match up with the ones on our band.
Good luck finding one!
