I'm freaking out.
I consider it two and a half months. I'm getting to the wedding city on the 1st of March, and it's already the middle of December. Saying "three months" sounds better, but honestly, it's two and a half and I'm up to my eyeballs in stress. I have a list as long as my arm to complete, and so much money is just FLOWING out of my account right now. The plus side is that we're paying cash for everything. The downside is that we're paying cash for everything. Holy beejesus weddings are expensive! Also, I think my main fear is people won't have fun. I KNOW I'll have fun, I'm getting married, but I want my wedding to be awesome. STYLEMEJEALOUS awesome, and it's just adding to the stress. Oh. and then there's our 3 year anniversary, a court date, CHRISTMAS, travel to different familes/cities/countries, my birthday and two showers and the bach parties to attend to as well. I'm in full blown panic mode.
I just made an updated to-do list today and once it's done, I will be DONE with my wedding planning and projects and just have the little, last minute things to do. My goal is to have everything done and complete by Valentine's Day. We'll see...
It sounds great but my list is freakin LONG.... here's to hoping! :)
I am starting to feel the crunch time for sure! The time is flying by like crazy! I still need to solidfy our catering situation; whether we are going to hire someone or if we are going to just do the catering ourselves, which I am not really hoping to do. My parents inititally basically said they'd pay for everything, and now that expenses are cropping up like decorations and centerpieces, invitations, cake, etc., they act really vague about the money issue. Looks like I am just going to have to come up with the money myself. Which could be tough because rumor has it, some of us may be getting laid off at work after the holidays. I'm freaking out a bit.
Ugh....
Didn't mean to vent there. LOL. Thanks for listening. Good luck to all you other March brides too!!

It just seems so close and I still have a few big things to do. I need to finish collecting my centerpiece items and brooches. But first I need to do a consultation for the groom's cake/favors, get the chairs rented for the ceremony, and get our stamps ordered. And set up my dress fittings and hair/makeup trial. It seems like there's no time left, especially with Christmas a little under two weeks away. How is everyone else feeling? What are you up to?
