Me! I'm going to try to eat lean and green, and do something active 5 days a week. I'm also trying to cut out my daily Greek yogurt consumption...too much dairy.

my bday is a few days before V-day, so i've got multiple nights of lingerie to prep for!
First step in the right direction: Turned down McDonald's! Sat in the car, at lunch time, with my dad who was getting lunch, and didn't order anything! Had a healthy sandwich and fruit when I got home :)
The 10th. We're planning on a weekend away in Central Oregon to go snowmobiling to celebrate, and I can't wait! Might even throw in some cross country skiing, but that's up in the air. Either way, getting fitter in the upcoming weeks can't hurt. Scored some to-die-for lingerie from BHLDN a couple weeks ago when they had their additional 40% off clearance sale; I'll feel so much better rocking it if I'm about 3-5lbs lighter!
Yes, I think 3-5 lbs would make a difference for me too - less belly and less back fat.

@kaylee26: I got the Mimi Holliday "hint of scarlet" bra and knickers; each piece was under $30, which compared to the normal prices was unbelievable!
I'm in. =) I was doing really good since just before Christmas with eating well and going to the gym, but last weekend I went to visit my husband in Nashville (he's been working in Knoxville for the past 2 weeks) and it all went down hill. Need to get back on track!

My new obsession is Greek yoghurt. It's so delicious and has a lot fewer calories than ice cream.
@kaylee26: I saw some tasty looking greek yogurt bars in the store the other day; might be a way to get a treat without killing calories!
Started the day off with amorous calorie burning and then went for a 2hr hike with SO today, did the date night thing (and managed to eat well; lean 7oz sirloin, baked potato without the fixings, veggies), and then hit the grocery store for dessert. Got some mini-sized coconut milk bars that only have 90 calories!
Told SO about the push for Vday/lingerie-ready fitness (turned down pizza and he wanted to know why), so he's looking forward to it, too!

oops, didn't notice I had double posted above.
How's everyone doing? I didn't sleep well last night, so tonight may be rough for me, but thus far, I've resistant temptation.
Last night was a bust; pizza with friends/SO/DS... I don't think the diet coke counteracted the extra slices and Papa Johns Garlic Butter sauce :( Thank goodness I worked on my feet all day yesterday, ate a healthy breakfast/lunch/snack, and got in more ACB (amorous calorie burning), or else the day would be a wash. Maybe today will be better? SO leaves tomorrow, so the actual workouts will gear up after that!
The pizza sounds yummy! What kind of workouts are you doing.
I got in a few minutes with the exercise bike earlier - may do a run. I've got some burning to do.
I've got the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 (worked AMAZINGLY well last time), her new DVD (something about psycho or insanity or something), and then a Yin Yoga dvd that has 30 min daily routines and a 60 min weekly routine.
@inspiredcreationsbyhaley: I heard good things about ripped in 30. I think I will be on the bike later.
I'm on a breakfast for dinner kick - today's will be two hardboiled eggs, a bit of cheese, and a salad.
@kaylee26: Ripped in 30 is fairly intense, but I was amazed at the level of improvement in both my fitness and appearance in just 30 days. The routines would be impossible to finish the first day, I'd get closer the 2nd, and by the 5th day of each week, I'd be starting to kick it up to the advanced level.
Walked a 5k with SO and had a moderately good day eating-wise. Breakfast for dinner sounds good actually...
Ate too much today (including a yummy cheeseburger and fries), but burned some of it off. I'm doing pushups and crunches tonight as well.
Got sick today; forgot to eat/drink water today and ended up seriously dehydrated, dizzy, and with a headache. Yikes!
@kaylee26: Thanks! Still a little light-headed this morning, but feeling a bit better. Gotta look on the bright side though; getting sick = goal weight! How's the working out going?

@kaylee26: Nice work on the 4 miler! No, definitely not a good way to lose weight. Finally feeling better, so that's a definite plus. And, as SO said, I learned a lesson that should at least stick with me for a while. Maybe a goal that for every caffeinated beverage, I drink 2 non-caffeinated water-based beverages... that should help keep the focus on drinking water.
@kaylee26: V'day is almost here! So excited :) Just finished packing my suitcase for the trip to Oregon, and I'm not at all ashamed to say that the amount of lingerie I packed rivals my ski apparel. Starting tomorrow, I'll be totally off the grid until at least Sunday and it's going to be soooo good. Hope you're week's been going well and Happy Valentines Day!

There are three weeks (close enough) to V-Day. I want to trim up a little to look good for my Fi while I wear some lingere.
So, I'm going to pump up my exercise routine and I'm going to be having lighter dinners, cutting out junk snacks, and limiting booze. Who's with me.
