I think the tiara would look fine since the dress has the bling along the neckline and at the waist.
Pretty dress! i'm biased though, b/c i think tiaras are for children, disney, and actual princesses. I think the dress stands on its own, especially with that long train.
I think that as long as it's taseteful it would be fine. Don't go all beauty pageant.
I personally think a rhinestone headband would be really pretty with that dress.
