i feel ya. I hand-tied little bows for 225 pairs of chopsticks. I started months before the wedding and did it everytime I watched TV. I also had printed my own labels, so I had to cut each label, punch a hole in each one, thread the ribbon... just glad I never have to do it again!

So, we (FH helped) just got done hand-washing, drying thoroughly, adding m & m's to, and then hand-tieing (I tied them) the tiny ribbon bows onto the little champagne bottles that we are giving as guest favors at the reception. The hand-tieing of the bows was the most tedious part, because it's not simply tieing a bow and being done with it. It's tieing the bow, then pulling at both of the loops to get them even, and hopefully making each bow look somewhat decent and similar at the same time. Maybe that's just my OCD kicking in! Anyways, 48 of them are done, but we ran out of m & m's ($55.00 worth, can you believe it?!) so we have to go back and get about 2 more lbs. to finish filling up the other 24 little bottles. Geez, solid-colored m & m's are expensive! They were $12.00 per lb, and we bought 4 lbs the other day and now we have to go back for another 2 lbs! That's over $75.00 in m & m's! I almost had a heart attack lol. Not to mention the whole time I was filling the bottles I was seriously wanting to eat them LOL
. The final step will be to print our names on the labels and stick them on the bottles. Yay! Hopefully the guests will appreciate them and they will be a great addition to our table decor!
