the week itself hasn't been particularly rough, but the month leading up to it sure has!! I worked the World Equestrian Games (which was a nightmare), then went straight into production week for La Boheme (which was only slightly better)
Hence, I'm into my second creamsicle (vanilla vodka and orange juice) and watching "A League of Their Own."
What's your drink and movie of choice this lovely Friday?

Love this. I just opened a bottle of Pinot Noir and am sitting on my couch. I am comfortably tired and going to watch a movie in a bit. I just sipped a glass while guitlessly watching the Jersey Shore episode from last night.
I'm not drinking, but maybe I ought to be.
This week: Joint Commision inspection (they are the group that accredits hospitals)
Yesterday/ today: Grandmother has a brain aneurysm and today it burst.
Today: my photographer is pregnant. And due the same weekend as my wedding.
We're going to watch the Miami v. OKC preseason game on tonight with a bottle of red wine, and I am pretty pumped for a night to relax.

@helenberrycrunch:Sorry to hear about your grandmother! I hope all is all. I think you need an entire bottle of wine not just a glass with the week you have had!
@Dragonsus:Oh yess mwa ha haa guilty pleasures are so fun. I plan to also watch Four Weddings later which is like the worst show ever but I can't help myself.
@Saeliz:AH! I LOVE 4 weddings! I can't watch it when my husband's home - he can't take the bitchiness but I adore it!
This is the second weekend after our year end so I'm pooped! I would love a margarita on the rocks (my favorite drink)!
@MissAsB:oh yummy - I just found a great place for Margaritas in Lexington, I know there's got to be a place for great margaritas in AL - you deserve one!
@Dragonsus:hahaha!! I love it! FI says the same thing he was like wow they are so freaking mean. I watch it and I'm like oh yea what are you doingggg! that looks awful!! they are all so tapped.
@MissAsB: My friend has been complaining about quarter end all week and doesn't get Monday off so I can imagine it's stressful!
@Dragonsus: Hehe there is a Mexican place nearby with good ones, not sure if I can drag my hubby away from studying this weekend to take me out though!
Oh and I like pina coladas too but so not good for my diet! I would probably drink anything that tastes sweet though.
I am home alone doing laundry tonight, so no drinking for me :-) I love wine at home, but going out I like Southern Comfort and Pineapple Juice, or Grey Goose and really, any juice :)
Photographer update: every photograpgher in my prince range that serves my hometown (admittedly rural) is BOOKED. Except one who has no availabilty on his site. I have emailed him.
Any fledgling photographers in the 'bee like to volunteer? Ugh. I need a drink.
@MissAsB:if you do the creamsicles with the tropicana 50 orange juice (1/2 the calories) and it kills the sweet buzz without killing the diet. I highly reccomend it!

my drink of choice lately is a vodka cranberry... we watched "leap year" and "when in rome" earlier this wk... so tonight it will be "law abiding citizen" (they were our 3 dvds from blockbuster online that were waiting for us post-honeymoon :P)
@Dragonsus:I don't think I've seen the ads yet but I see enough of it on the news every day. It is just so sad. I think I may have to indulge in some Notebook. Have a good night all!

FI and his friend are having some deep political discussion and I'm ignoring them and weddingbee-ing on my phone :)
OMG bees. Having just finished Beauty and the Beast, I was in the mood for more disney. I turned on my disney classics collection on my lap top and was singing and dancing in the living room. The neighbors knocked on the door and asked that I "keep my guests quieter"
I'm the only one home.
Wait - there are times *not* to drink? *scratches head* :P

Work week seemed to go REALLY quickly. Today was the Fall Festival and it's always mayhem when two classrooms merge on the same playground and throw in some parents too, AHHHH! All of a sudden it seems like the week took forever :(
FH and I watched The Breakfast Club and I had some boxed chardonnay....he got it for me when I had to stay late!
Now I am on glass....4? Girl time :)
I'll be enjoying a bottle of white whine (yup, the whole thing) while my future hubby watches Tosh.O :0)

i would like it noted that after three creamsicles and a martini, hubby is making me play Wii trivial pursuit and I an STILL winning!
ha! Go you! My hubby and I play Halo, and it's actually quite funny between the two of us when I'm tipsy. If you thought my aim was bad sober...
