I'm almost always thinking of something I could be doing, but I don't think I spend that much time doing actual planning hours.
I am always brainstorming and I'm addicted to the net, so I spend many hours a week planning.
I spend an absurd number of hours planning. But most of the time I'm just looking for ideas to work with, not actually getting things actually checked off my lists.
I plan and replan, dream and redream. I love searching for deals and ideas, and that definitely takes up most of the time I spend planning.
i spend more and more time as the date gets closer. i shouldn't have listened to those people who told me that i had plenty of time when i had 9 months to go. now it's all starting to pile up, i don't mind. planning and researching is a ton of fun for me. :-)
It really depends on the week. Some weeks I'm really into wedding planning, and others not so much. Last week was meeting with vendors and signing contracts, and brainstorming ideas. This week, not so much. Mainly working on our STD design with the designer.
Constantly planning. I love it! I love all the wedding blogs out there, my own blog, and we are in the midst of doing our premarital counseling - we're using save your marriage before it starts - recommended by our pastor, so that takes some time each week. And I love knowing that so many of you are just as into it as me!
I think this maybe depends on where people are in the planning process...the closer you are to your wedding day, the more time you're spending. Right now I spend about 2-3 hours per week planning (and about 5-6 hours bloggin on Weddingbee!!)
Even if I am not actively planning, it is rarely far from my mind.
It really varies from week to week lately, and I'm sure that is it gets closer and I'm in the middle of various projects it will increase... but I said about 2. Anytime I have to discuss things with the groom, though, that greatly increases! We rarely sit down together, but when we do we talk about all kinds of stuff for at least an hour...
I feel like I'm always planning! Our wedding is about 1/4 the cost of the average wedding in our area, so I feel like I'm always looking for ways to do things cheaper, but still look amazing. Our wedding isn't until November, so I know I'll only be spending more time when we get closer!
It ridiculuos how obsessed I have become. I'm kind of excited for it to come and then go and get on with our lives, hahaha.
I tend to feel as though I'm always "planning".. As in, not necessarily booking things, or finalizing choices/details, but insofar as how I look at things that are new to me (like if I see something in a decor magazine I love, I'll try to incorporate the "feel" into the wedding plans). Does that make sense?

I am curious how much time people spend wedding planning in an average week (this includes surfing wedding websites and blogging/posting messages on weddingbee!)
