Can you bees please look this over and see if theres anything you think i should adjust?
Also, tradionally, do you do garter toss or bouquet toss first?
800 everyone meet at reception spot- take one car/two to grandmas. leave other cars at reception for after ceremony.
830 Breakfast at grandmas with girls and whomever else wants to join. relax and eat! =)
915-1130 hair and make up
1130-12 bride get dressed
1145 Men and anyone else riding the bus at reception site ready to go!
1200 bride and maids READY TO GO!!! Bus leaves from recepion
1230 leave grandmas to get to piper palm house
100 flower delievery from walter knoll ( MOH)
100- 130pm- first look pictures at piper palm house with photog one outside
1-130 bridal party pics with photog two ( solos and groups)
135-230 pictures with family/ wedding party inside piper palm house, and on the plaza. Bridal/groom portart pictures
215- Groom set up music with Usher
215- kids and usher put programs and bubbles on chairs?
230-3- preparing for ceremony Groom and Men helping ushers greet and seat people. Ladies- Checking hair, makeup, etc.
320- ceremony finished.
325-330 Bubble Exit with pics
335-430 pictures inside the house/plaza, pictures in the park with family and bridal party
430-445 Walk alone in the park to relax and enhoy being married!
445pm- leave to go to reception
5:30 Be at reception for greeting of guests.
6pm- reception begins! entrance with wedding party
630 buffet dinner begins
745 wrap up dinner
750 first dance
755 wedding party dance and get everyone on dance floor!
830 cake cutting
845 garter toss
855 bouquet toss
9-10 dance dance dance!
-thinking about having cake cutting after our first dance, that way it can be cut and ready to go later, and then do wedding party dance. We are not doing any other dances such as father/daughter, son/mother, etc.
