You might want to have more restroom stops in there - unless you have a bladder of steel. The last wedding I was an attendant in, the bride was going to pee before she got into her dress. She needed to go twice more before the ceremony. Amazing what nerves can do to you.

Sorry...just had to share this...my FH was reading over my shoulder and he said "Do you girls really have to schedule when to pee?" in a horrified voice. Led to a  nice explanation of just what sort of challenges those beautiful white dresses bring!

Have you talked to your photographer about how long bridal party photos will take? A half hour does not seem like a lot of time. I know it seems like a long time, and maybe you have a really small party, but most weddings I have been in take at least an hour for formal/posed shots, especially if more family is involved.

How come there is a four hour gap between ceremony and reception?

@suttonista: Our ceremony and reception site is an hr away from each other.  We get keys to reception site @ 9AM, and the only time to decorate/set up is after reception.  Luckily, our ceremony is in the city, with tons of museums and stuff for guests to do
