(Closed) timeline help.. not sure how to go about it

I wouldn’t necessarily add another two hours.  Just make sure you cut the cake, do the dances before the 8pm leave time.  The last two hours will be you guys dancing and talking, and if it’s really important to capture that, try a couple disposible cameras for the guests to play with.  Just bring them out after dessert or when the photographers leave and let the guests get drunk & take pics the last little bit.  

One thing you might ask is if there is a second shooter, if there’s only one photographer, it may be cheaper to have an extra hour or maybe ask if they can have a second person taking pictures so there can be one in the grooms room, one in the brides room, and then the second can take pics of MOH/MOB & flower girls too. That’s what my photographer is doing, says it’s more relaxed for her that way.
