ok so my wedding is six months away!!
i’m so excited yippeee!!
i need some help with my timeline.. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30PM for about an hour or so.. and then cocktail hour begins at 5:30, reception 6:30-11 ish
Our ceremony and reception are all at the same location. A beautiful golf and country lodge. I will be having 4 bridesmaids, two mothers, my grandmother, and three flower girls. We will all be getting ready together except for one flower girl.
Do you think one make up artist and hair stylist is enough for everyone? I think two hairstylists would be ideal and one make up artist. Not sure..
this is the timeline my photographer gave me about a year ago.. It seems so rushed to me it makes me start having anxiety and we’re still six months out
1pm to 1:30pm: Bride Getting Ready
1:30pm to 1:45pm: Groom Getting Ready
1:45pm to 2:15pm: Bride Getting Ready
2:15pm to 2:30pm: Bridals
2:30pm to 2:40pm: The Reveal
2:40pm to 3:15pm: Bride and Groom Photos
3:15pm to 3:45pm: Detail photos of Reception and Ceremony
3:45pm to 4:00pm: Set up for Ceremony
4:00pm to 4:30pm: Ceremony Coverage
4:30pm to 5:00pm: Family Photos
5:00pm to 5:10pm: Wedding Party Photos
5:10pm to 5:30pm: Cocktail Hour Coverage
5:30pm to 8:00pm: Reception Coverage
i have her booked for seven hours but I’m considering adding two more hours of photography just to make everyone’s life a little easier.
basically my question is when should we start getting ready? do you think there is enough time for everything?
